Course Description

Interpreting course is a 2 credit course which aims to develop students' knowledge and skills in interpreting. At the end of the course, students are expected to have a good knowledge of interpreting and be able to perform interpreting properly. It prepares the students to have competitive skills of interpreting which is beneficial for them to develop their career especially related to the language skills they learned. The topics of the courses involve knowledge of consecutive, simultaneous, and community interpreting. The students also learn to develop the skills of interpreting.
